Register now and you will then be contacted about specific days/times you are available.You may also call (616) 261-3740 M-Th between 8:30 - 2:30 p.m. to sign up. Volunteers must be 18 or older to work at check out, or 13 or older to help in all other areas. While creating your acount, the Seller ID and Percentage Donated to WBF fields are not required if you are volunteering only.
Benefits of Volunteering
With a minimum of 3 hours volunteering, you and one guest will be able to shop at the Thursday evening Pre-Sale. You will have first opportunity, before the public, to shop and make your purchases. The Pre-sale will be held on Thursday, March 15, 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.There are plenty of snacks provided and meals for all volunteers working during mealtime.
Help is needed for a minimum of 3 hours in these areas
- Set up and check in: Thursday, March 15 from 12 - 7:30 p.m.
- Hanging or displaying items: Thursday, March 15 from 1:30 - 7:30 p.m.
- Public Sale: Friday, March 16 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Check-out, and room monitors/customer assistance. - Half-Price Sale: Saturday, March 17 from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m
Check-out, and room monitors/customer assistance. - Removal of items marked to be Donated: Saturday, March 17 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm
- Unsold item pick up: Saturday, March 17 from 1 - 2:30 p.m. (Note Time Change)
